20 calendar days in advance. Any cancellation within 20 days of the next project phase may still incur partial charges for time and work already performed.
Late payments on invoices that are over 30 days past due will incur a 5% monthly penalty
on the outstanding balance. Accounts more than 60 days overdue may result in service suspension and eventual account termination until full payment is received.
